The expectations, environment, and teams make it a fun and enjoyable place to work. Lack of cross department communication. Young inexperienced product managers. TradeRev Employee Reviews. TradeRev is an online automotive remarketing system where dealers can launch and participate in real-time vehicle auctions at any time from their mobile devices or desktop. It allows Sellers and Buyers instant access to the freshest trades. Sellers receive instant bids while the retail customer is sitting in the showroom. Many of the dealers I work with (also in Ontario) have great luck with the tool. Typically they use it to offload units that just haven't sold on the lot, not as often for fresh units. A couple of the dealers have a TradeRev step automatically at the 90th day for any inventory to ensure they don't cross the threshold. TradeRev is unique because it was created for dealers by a group of people who love cars and are passionate about the industry. With this came a deep understanding of the age-old process of dealing with trade-ins and the challenges that existed within the sales infrastructure.
